A Support Circle is a gathering of individuals who come together to share their experiences, challenges, and emotions related to a common issue, condition, or life situation.
This is a space where you can freely express yourself and be met with empathy, compassion, mutual support and encouragement. Sharing your journey with others who can relate can foster a sense of belonging, relief, connection and community. While you may not find all the answers, shared experiences can lead to profound insights and personal growth, as you realize you are not alone in the journey.
Who facilitates?
Our support circles are facilitated by Aaushi Shah and Puja Dedhia, both dedicated mental health professionals committed to creating a nurturing and supportive environment for all. They are attentive listeners and try to ensure that every individual feels comfortable sharing their experience without the fear of judgment.
It’s essential to note that support circles are not a replacement for professional therapy or medical treatment. However they can be a valuable complement, offering participants an additional support system and a source of hope..
