Individual psychotherapy is a space where we provide a supportive and empathetic space for you to explore and reflect the depth of your thoughts, feelings, behaviours, and patterns. Therapy can be short-term with few sessions, to deal with immediate issues, or long-term therapy (months or years), to deal with longstanding and complex stressors. The goals of therapy, frequency and duration are planned jointly by you and the therapist.
