I can’t express how much Ayushi has helped keep my sanity in check. It’s amazing how well she refined the nuances of what I said. When I most needed it, I was constantly being heard and addressed. I can’t help but feel appreciative that I chose to seek help from her. I’m happy to see how far I’ve come now that I feel more confident about my thoughts, emotions and actions. I even feel optimistic about my every weaknesses. For me, seeking therapy was like having a direction, the power to introspect and making an informed choice for me. Thank you once again, Ayushi 🙂
